Are we having FUN yet~~~

Clueless O.O

So I sit here divided, just talking to myself
Was it something that I did?
Was there somebody else?
When a voice from behind me, that was fighting back tears
Sat right down beside me, and whispered right in my ear
Tonight I'm dying to tell you...............

Nicholas spark *always spark my life*

I am nothing special, of this I am sure.

I am a common girl with common thoughts and I've led a common life.

There are no monuments dedicated to me and my name will soon be forgotten,

but I've loved another with all my heart and soul, and to me,

this has always been enough.....Hopefully when my time comes....

MY BLOG WILL BRING BENEFITS TO OTHERS...

I've never known the loving of a man
But it sure felt nice when he was holding my hand

And maybe then you'll hear the words I've been singing
Funny, when you're dead how people start listening

Why I chose Occupational Medicine....

Occupational medicine or OM is the branch of clinical medicine most active in the field of occupational health. Occupational medicine specialists work to ensure that the highest standards of health and safety at work can be achieved and maintained.

Eager to pursue a career in Occupational Medicine, Rikard's continued studies gained him the Royal College of Physicians MFOM award. Rikard then completed the MSc in Occupational Health and worked with BUPA as an Occupational Physician and Regional Manager for 5 years.

HOW I GOT INVOLVED????

The main factor would be my DAD. Since he's working as safety n health officer, thats how i got early exposure..... Currently, my sister following my father's  footsteps ^__________^
And the tragedy that happened in our family as my turning point to be involved in occupational medicine.

Happy B Day

I heard you're feeling nothing's going right
Why don't you let me stop by
The clock is ticking, running out of time
So we should party, all night
So cover your eyes, I have a surprise
I hope you got a healthy appetite

If you wanna dance, if you want it all
You know that I'm the girl that you should call

Pernah ada rasa cinta antara kita
Kini tinggal kenangan
Ingin ku lupakan semua tentang dirimu
Namun bayangmu selalu ada
dalam setiap langkahku

Jauh kau pergi meninggalkan diriku
Di sini aku merindukan dirimu
Kini ku coba mencari penggantimu
Namun tak lagi kan seperti dirimu

Stop nagging about ur miserable life, how are u goin to love someone...if u keep on troubling urself  n lack of decision making attitude

to my other half ~~~

Well said...ladies, real men wont treat their women like that >.~

I was always thinking that love was wrong
But everything was changed when you came along, oh
And there’s a couple of words I want to say

For the rest of my life, I’ll be with you
I’ll stay by your side, honest and true
Till the end of my time, I’ll be loving you, loving you
For the rest of my life, through days and nights
I’ll thank Allah for opening my eyes
Now and forever I, I’ll be there for you

especially to all my haters >.<

Crush~~~

You know everything that I'm afraid of
You do everything I wish I did
Everybody wants you
Everybody loves you

I know, I should tell you how I feel
I wish everyone will disappear
Everytime you call me I'm too scared to be me
And I'm too shy to say.................................................................

Monday 21 April 2014

Alhamdulillah =")))

I was so far from you
Yet to me you were always so close
I wandered lost in the dark
I closed my eyes toward the signs
You put in my way
I walked everyday
Further and further away from you
Ooooo Allah, you brought me home
I thank You with every breath I take.

Alhamdulillah, ^_____________________________^

Cancer Vixen

“What happens when a shoe-crazy, lipstick-obsessed, wine-swilling, pasta-slurping, fashion-fanatic, about-to-get-married big-city girl cartoonist with a fabulous life finds . . . a lump in her breast?” That’s the question that sets this powerful, funny, and poignant graphic memoir in motion. In vivid color and with a taboo-breaking sense of humor, Marisa Acocella Marchetto tells the story of her eleven-month, ultimately triumphant bout with breast cancer—from diagnosis to cure, and every challenging step in between.

Dear Ladies,

If u find a lump in your breast. U gonna take action as soon as possible,k >.~

Lumps in the breast are common and the vast majority will be a symptom of a normal breast change or a benign (not cancer) breast condition.
Lumps can occur at any time, though some are more common in certain age groups. For example, in younger women (15-30) they are often fibroadenomas, while breast cysts are more common in women aged between 35 and the menopause

A lump in the breast, under the arm or near the collar bone can also be a symptom of breast cancer.
It’s important to get any breast lump checked out by your GP (local doctor). If necessary they can refer you to your local breast cancer clinic for further tests to find out what the lump is.

I found a lump in my breast when i was medical student. Honestly, i was horrified =.=''''''. They suggested me to remove it. Alhamdulillah after the operation, it was only benign tumour known as fibroadenoma.
Just do some regular palpation in order to find any abnormalities * my aunt passed away because of breast cancer *

Breastfeeding Helps Prevent Breast Cancer, Lowers Your Risk

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding Lower Estrogen Exposure * interesting right >.~ *

Pregnancy before age 30 and breastfeeding reduce a woman's total number of lifetime menstrual cycles, which is thought to be the reason they help lower your risk. The hormone estrogen fuels 80% of all breast cancers. Since pregnancy and lactation reduce your estrogen levels, your risk is decreased each time you are pregnant and while you are nursing your baby.

Benefits of being breastfed baby Y^o^Y

Benefits for mothers

  • Bonding between mother and child
  • Breastfeeding releases oxytocin and prolactin, hormones that relax the mother and make her feel more nurturing toward her baby. This hormone also can help mother to sleep.
  • As the fat accumulated during pregnancy is used to produce milk, extended breastfeeding—at least 6 months—can help mothers lose weight...*easy way to lose weight >.~*
  • Natural family planning ^_____^

very interesting stuff to learn especially young parents
